• I'm a passionate👨‍💻software developer of 23+ years (QBasic, VB4, and HTML4 were my first steps in the field).

• Currently I work for an IT company in Oelde, Germany as a full stack developer, doing lots of #netcore, #DotNet, #CSharp, #AspNetCore, #Angular, #TypeScript, #JavaScript.

• In my spare time I mentor software developers on 🐦 Twitter (pro bono) doing code reviews and giving professional advice.

• I studied🇬🇧🇺🇲🌍English philology and 🗣️general linguistics at the WWU in Münster with a focus on corpus linguistics and computer-based learning — both endeavors I still pursue in my spare time.

• I'm a runner,📚🤓reader, 🧠thinker, and an active contributor to our🏘️local community.
